Return and Refund Policy
Returns/Exchanges:
All sales are final. Due to the unique design/nature of each of our products (excluding books), we do not offer returns or exchanges. Each item is inspected and shipped by us personally. Please be sure about your purchase before placing your order.
Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 24 hours if the item arrives damaged, defective or is the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and help to make it right. While we make sure your item is secured tightly in its package, we also understand that sometimes damage can happen during transit. Also, keep in mind most items are handmade (not machine made) and may contain minor imperfections. Additionally, exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Refunds:
We do not offer refunds. As stated above, if you have any issues, we do allow up to 24 hours after receipt of product to report any issues so that we may try to fix the issue, however, no guarantees are made. Items purchased with a discount code, coupons, mark downs, and clearance sale items all FINAL sales and may not be returned to or rectified by us.
